Minghu International Information Technology Industrial Park

2. Project introduction

The project is operated and managed by the Kejin Investment Management Co, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jinan Lixia Holding Group Co. Kejin Investment Management Co was founded in September 2016 with a registered capital of 70 million yuan ($10.86 million).

The project is located at No 47 Heping Road, Lixia district, Jinan. It was renovated from the Chengji Center (fourth phase) project.

After renovation, the 2.8-billion-yuan project will cover an area of 200,000 square meters.

The project will be developed into a cluster of next generation information technology companies. Commercial areas for offices, talent training and supporting facilities will be established.

3. Industrial development orientation

The industrial park aims to build itself into a cluster for the new generation information technology industry and introduce related projects and companies.

The park is divided into five areas - A (artificial intelligence) area , B (block chain) area , C (cloud) area, D (big data) area and S (software & information technology services) area.

In October 2020, the park signed an agreement with Huawei to set up three innovation centers related to ecology, artificial intelligence and software development cloud.

4. Supporting facilities

The exterior and interior structures of commercial areas, residential buildings and the parking space of the Chengji Center (the fourth phase) project have been renovated.

The commercial areas include shopping malls and offices while the residential buildings will serve as talent apartments and residences for people working in the park.

The parking lot has added entrances and exits, divided parking areas and optimized the exit and entry routes.

The industrial park is located near hospitals, clinics, bilingual kindergartens and primary schools. It is also equipped with a fitness center, a supermarket, a coffee shop, restaurants and several banks.
