The government affairs service center of the Jinan free trade area recently released 17 flowcharts regarding the setting up of businesses in the area.

These flowcharts are aimed at optimizing processes, simplifying application materials, and improving the efficiency of handling issues.

To become a nurse, one should obtain the employment qualifications before getting a work permit. These are the first steps in the service procedures which involve a total of 21 items. Matters concerning certificate change, cancellation and re-registration are also included.

To start a labor dispatch company, the business owner should be familiar with not only handling procedures related to enterprise establishment, obtaining operation permits, operations, investment and construction, but also matters related to dealing with enterprise change and de-registration. There are 30 items across six stages.

The "Measures to Support the Development of Clinics of Traditional Chinese Medicine under Record-keeping System" specifies how one can open a TCM clinic under this system in the Jinan Area of China (Shandong) Pilot Free Trade Zone. The 11 measures innovate the way of supervising TCM clinics and cover aspects such as the application to be a medical insurance designated clinic, recognition of the legal validity of TCM clinic record certificates, cancellation of practice scope restrictions, and support for chain operations. The approval process has been simplified to reduce the time it takes to open a TCM clinic by more than 90 percent.

Jinan is striving to promote the integration of internet and government affairs to provide more convenient to the people.

With regard to business startup, the newly-launched "block chain and government service" system reduces the start-up time of enterprises to 27 minutes. In terms of management period, local authorities have implemented the integration of multi-industry business licenses.

For construction projects, approval can now be gained in a shorter time. For enterprise changes, the area has taken the lead in carrying out the pilot reform of enterprises' relocation.
