In the heart of Jinan's Lixia district, a unique journey awaits—one that weaves together the city's iconic Qianfo Mountain and its four major spring groups: Black Tiger Spring, Baotu Spring, Wulong Pond, and Pearl Spring. This light hiking route, themed ''Mountains and Springs in Harmony,'' offers a refreshing micro-tour that blends natural beauty, culture, and local life.

Lixia, where Jinan's ancient roots run deep, embodies the essence of ''a city born of springs''. Visitors can ascend Qianfo Mountain for sweeping views of the city's mountains, springs, lakes, rivers, and cityscape and admire ancient stone carvings in the famed Wanfo Cave. The route then flows gently into the heart of the spring district.

At Wulong Pond, tranquility reigns amid mirror-like waters and historic temples. Pearl Spring, nestled within government grounds, dazzles with bubbling clarity and koi-filled ponds.
