This summer, Jinan's Lixia district provides a wide array of nighttime activities by mixing culture and modern flair. These efforts enrich everyday life, invigorate the night economy as a key driver of local growth.

As night falls, Lixia comes alive. Its dazzling commercial hub, buzzing Mingfucheng historical area, and dynamic Olympic Sports Center showcase its nighttime charm.

Lixia offers multiple consumption scenarios to meet diverse demands. Quancheng Road commercial complexes extend their opening time for night shopping and dining. Creative parks like CCPARK host exhibitions, late-night bookstores, and cultural markets, fostering a vibrant scene for spiritual and cultural engagement.

Mingfucheng historical and cultural block, Furong Street, and Qushuiting Street feature local delicacies, traditional crafts, and hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) try-on experiences, teeming with visitors.

With concerts, sports events, and leisure activities, the Olympic Sports Center is emerging as a new hub for entertainment and social life.

Rooted in rich culture, Lixia also presents culturally immersive activities: night tours at Baotu Spring and Daming Lake, intangible cultural heritage exhibitions in Baihuazhou block, and recreational and cultural activities at the Olympic Sports Center.

"The booming night economy in Lixia reflects its comprehensive strength and strong appeal to visitors," according to an official from the Lixia district bureau of commerce.

Lixia will continue to optimize industrial layout, improve service quality, and leverage cultural assets to be the go-to place for nighttime consumption.
