A delegation of young entrepreneurs from across China visited Jinan's Lixia district to explore investment opportunities and gain firsthand insight into the district's development strengths during the Eighth All-China Young Entrepreneurs Conference.
The tour highlighted three key sectors underpinning Lixia's high-quality growth: cultural tourism, sci-tech finance, and the headquarters economy. Through visits to major industrial platforms and business hubs, the entrepreneurs learned about the district's efforts to foster innovation, attract investment, and support enterprise development.
At the Baihuazhou Historical and Cultural Block, a national-level cultural heritage site, delegates explored how traditional culture and intangible cultural heritage have been revitalized through creative products, experiential activities, and modern business models, creating new opportunities for the cultural tourism industry.
The delegation visited the Qilu Technology Finance Building, a major platform integrating banks, investment funds, and legal firms alongside national and provincial innovation support platforms.
The tour also included the Jinan Central Business District, where delegates explored the district's thriving headquarters economy. The area is home to more than 16,000 market entities, 240 corporate headquarters and 267 financial institutions, including a number of major State-owned enterprises and Fortune Global 500 companies. Representatives talked with local officials and industry leaders about project incubation, financing services, and cross-regional cooperation.
Lixia will continue improving its business environment and strengthening government-enterprise engagement to attract more high-quality projects, businesses, and young talent, injecting fresh momentum into the district's high-quality development.
