Lixia district in Jinan, Shandong province, has added two city-level technology-based business incubators, further strengthening its capacity to nurture technology startups and innovation-driven businesses.

The Guoshang incubator and the Jinan International Talent Innovation Center recently passed a municipal evaluation and were recognized as specialized technology-based business incubators.

The Guoshang incubator, located in the Jinan Central Business District, focuses on supporting foreign trade and international business. The park offers integrated services covering business incubation, international trade exhibitions, cross-border e-commerce, logistics, finance and business services, providing companies with strong support for overseas expansion.

The Jinan International Talent Innovation Center provides services including policy consultation, project applications, talent training, and startup roadshows. It also promotes industry-academia-research cooperation and the commercialization of technological achievements.

The latest additions build on the recognition in April of Jinan Kejin investment incubator as a national standard technology-based business incubator.
