Located in the Central Business District of Jinan's Lixia district, the Shandong (Jinan) Legal Services Center has developed into a comprehensive platform for legal services, supporting both local development and international business cooperation.

Covering 103,000 square meters, the center brings together five major legal service industry associations and offers a full range of services, including notarization, judicial expertise, mediation, and legal consultation. It also houses Shandong's first comprehensive foreign law ascertainment center, providing professional legal research and law ascertainment services covering more than 130 countries and regions.

To meet growing demand for cross-border business services, the center has established the Shandong Center for Foreign-Related Legal Services. The platform provides enterprises with efficient legal support for overseas operations and international trade, offering rapid response and service mechanisms that can be activated within just one hour.

The center also strengthens legal safeguards for the headquarters economy and financial sector. The Central Business District Court, located within the complex, focuses on financial and commercial disputes and handled 5,140 related cases in 2025, providing strong judicial support for high-quality economic development.

Since its establishment, the center has processed more than 80,000 legal matters, becoming an important hub for legal services, dispute resolution, and international legal cooperation in Shandong.
