1. Introduction to the project

Shandong Jinan Human Resource Service Industrial Park is located to the north of Jiefang Road, Lixia district, Jinan, and to the north of the Human Resources and Social Security Department of Shandong Province. The park has managed to attract a number of high-profile companies, including big names from the Fortune Global 500, such as Manpower Group, and a number of the country's leading human resource companies, such as China International Intellectech Group.

2. Industrial development foundation and positioning

In January 2021, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security replied to the Shandong Provincial Government, approving the establishment of a national human resource service industrial park in Jinan with the name "China Jinan Human Resource Service Industrial Park".

The park is designed to introduce world-renowned human resources and human capital service institutions, and promote the development of talent assessment, management consulting, service outsourcing, and senior talent search. It aims to promote the high-quality development of the sector in China.

3. Infrastructure and supporting facilities

The park's buildings cover an area of 75,800 square meters and it has received a total investment of nearly 1.3 billion yuan ($203.6 million). The world famous architects Gerber Architekten were invited to design the park.

Large commercial complexes are situated nearby, including the Mixc Mall and Zhonghong Square. There are also several nearby hospitals, such as Shandong Provincial Hospital east branch, and Shandong Armed Police Force Hospital. Five primary and secondary schools and four kindergartens are under construction.

4. Supporting policies

Lixia district government has issued policies to provide housing subsidies, apartments for skilled workers, children's education, health insurance, start-up financing, and scientific research.
