On May 9, Jinan's Lixia District held a press conference at the China Life Tower to showcase its significant achievements in high-quality development. The district currently features 39 key projects in planning, with a total investment of over 24.53 billion yuan ($3.54 billion). Its eight major city-transformation initiatives are progressing rapidly, and include 106 active construction sites reflecting Lixia's ongoing advancement.

Strategically, Lixia has set distinct functional positioning for its various regions. As a result, the district's commerce and trade industry scale has exceeded 100 billion yuan, its financial industry has reached nearly 50 billion yuan, and modern businesses, technological services, and boutique tourism industries have each surpassed the 10-billion-yuan threshold.

As a crucial financial hub in Shandong province, Lixia is committed to prioritizing eco-park development to drive economic growth. The district aims to integrate and elevate the industrial ecosystem by leveraging its multiple resource advantages in sci-tech financial reform, eco-park industrial function planning, comprehensive policy support, and industry agglomeration branding.

Zhang Jixun, general manager of the asset operation and management department of China Life Insurance Company (Shandong branch), praised Lixia's favorable business environment. He credited the district's quality services, well-developed infrastructure, and scientific operation management as the driving forces behind the success of the China Life Tower, which is a prime example of companies in Jinan's central business district (CBD).

As a direct beneficiary of the "full industrial chain financial ecosystem", the China Life Tower houses 84 companies, including nine Fortune Global 500 enterprises and three of the world's four largest accounting firms.
