The "Quancheng Craft Beer" 2024 Quancheng Beer Festival kicked off in Qifang Alley in Lixia district, Jinan on July 6. Residents, tourists, and craft beer enthusiasts from home and abroad as well as social media influencers gathered to celebrate the beer extravaganza.

This year's festival featured unique events combining beer with sports, food, performances, and celebrations, highlighting Jinan's culture and energizing the local tourism and consumer markets.

The festival attracted many expats, creating a vibrant and lively atmosphere.

"Quancheng Craft Beer perfectly represents the beautiful city of Jinan. I learned that it is made only with water, barley, yeast, and hops, fully complying with the German Beer Purity Law, and it is brewed with Jinan's spring water," a German named Saibo said.

"I've had many beers, and I think Quancheng Craft Beer is particularly delicious," a Kenyan named Zhao Ping said.

The festival features two main areas: a beer and food plaza, and a dynamic performance plaza, along with sections like a food market, an amusement area, and a cultural exhibition area for Quancheng Craft Beer.

In addition, interactive events such as beer drinking competitions, trendy dance-offs, large screen interactions, parades, retro cockfighting competitions, and unique Quancheng-style drinking games have been scheduled to be held during the festival.
