Three more companies' headquarters have been designated as municipally registered in Lixia district, bringing the total of such headquarters in the district to 48, ranking first in Jinan, capital of East China's Shandong province.

These three companies were Evergrowing Bank Co, Shandong Airlines and Rongtong Real Estate (Shandong) Co. They are the second batch of municipal company headquarters, following the first batch of three in the first half of this year.

Designating the headquarters as municipal level was a move to promote the headquarter economy in Jinan.

Since the beginning of this year, the district has allocated 5.95 million yuan ($889,655) to support the economy and 63 professionals have been recommended by the district to facilitate its headquarters economy.

Lixia will further improve its working mechanism and better serve the enterprises in the district to create a thriving business-friendly environment with a featured headquarters economy.
