After nine years of development, Jinan's Central Business District (CBD) in Lixia is taking shape as a dynamic symbol of modern urban growth. From demolition in 2016 to construction in 2017, the 3.2-square-kilometer area is undergoing a remarkable transformation.

Five supertall towers—symbolizing a mountain, spring, lake, river, and city—are rising, while 62 premium office buildings over 100 meters tall form the district's core.

The CBD is attracting some major players: four licensed financial institutions, 36 Global Fortune 500 companies, and over 200 central and local enterprise headquarters have already established a strong presence there.

Choudai Park, a scenic greenway filled with lotus ponds and willows, stretches through the district, bringing charm and livability, especially in autumn.

The soon-to-open Greenland IFC complex, developed with Hongtao Studio, will inject new commercial and cultural energy into the area.

As towers rise and streets fill with life, Lixia's CBD is becoming a vibrant new heart of Jinan.
